Interior Design Process

  • Design Board

    Based on each client’s style and aesthetic preferences, a design board of fixtures and finishes is arranged to give a visual of cohesive design elements for approval.

  • Scale Renderings for Contractors

    Using Sketchup, I can create elevation drawings and specifications to scale for contractors, sub contractors and fabricators to use as a reference.

  • Detailed Instructions for SubContractors

    After selecting the exact slabs, I created a cutting layout for the fabricator specifying how the stone should be cut and laid out.

  • Electrical Plans

    Working directly with Electricians & Electrical Engineers with selection and placement of electrical elements from outlet placement, recessed lighting, outdoor lighting, to decorative lighting fixtures brining overall design to light.

  • Custom Millwork

    Designing custom closets, vanities, and kitchen cabinetry using SketchUp to create precise, to-scale layouts that guide skilled carpenters in both functionality and overall aesthetic.
    Each design is thoughtfully developed to ensure efficient use of space, refined proportions, and a cohesive finished result.

  • Flooring Plans

    Material Specifications, layout and flooring transitions added to existing plans for clear communication between clients and contractors. Working in collaboration with architects and leveraging 360° LiDAR Matterport scans, I create precise, to-scale furniture layouts and material specifications.
